Mentors are assigned to individual SPORK courses where they can efficiently supervise their followers (course teachers). Each course has one mentor, but each mentor can have several courses.
Mentors use built-in communication tools to share instructions with teachers, inform teachers about changes, and handle feedback.
Mentors have access to reporting tools that help them better understand a teacher's progress through the course from start to finish.
Mentors can adjust the level of autonomy their teacher followers have to suit their instructional or institutional needs, from requiring teachers to use only mentor-provided resources to granting them the freedom to use whatever they want. Additionally, mentors can adjust teacher resources or lesson plans as needed.
Mentors can utilize content templates provided by SPORK Authors or create their own templates and support materials.

Template
Is a tool which allows Mentors to create lesson plan templates solely in accordance with their instructional goals. Lesson plan templates can be aligned with the structure of the aKIT or completely independent from it. Using the TIP property settings, Mentors can make template designs and all other instructional materials mandatory for the Followers (teachers).
