The TiP is created by your mentor to give you a starting point for planning out your year. Your mentor may include resources for you to use in your classroom, and depending on the type of course you are teaching, they may include resources that have been standardized for all schools in your network to use. The TiP will also include information about topics and concepts to cover throughout the year.

The iP is your organizational tool for your course that you can customize to fit your needs and the needs of your students. This is where you will go to share resources with your students.
